The purpose of this program is to pair a staff member with someone who is trying to discern what God is doing in their life as regards to ministry. The outcome we want you to arrive at is to be able the following question with clarity: Is God calling you to enter into ministry as a pastor or is God calling you to do ministry without becoming a pastor?

Crossbridge is in discussion with Nazarene Bible College to become an official training partner for future pastors. Practically, students will be able to get training on the practical aspects of ministry (leadership, preaching, administration, etc.) through Crossbridge staff in partnership with Nazarene Bible College. Discussions and planning are ongoing and a tentative Fall 2019 launch date is set. More information will be forthcoming in July.
